Photo shows the "carroceria," the street railway depot, in Torreón, State of Coahuila, México. The rurales are facing south, towards Federal Army Headquarters, located in Ramos Arizpe Street between Allende and Matamoros Avenue. At the time of this photo, the jail was not located here, it was on Morelos Avenue (one block south from Matamoros) and Treviño Street (nine blocks east from Ramos Arizpe).
