United States soldiers who died in Russia during World War buried in Arlington. Impressive services marked the burial in Arlington National Cemetary today of three members of the "Polar Bear Army," whose bodies were to this country from Russia. The men were Privates Elmer E. Steicher; Louis A. Szymanski; and James T. Ida, a Japanese. Services were conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars
