Summary
Significance: It is historically associated with the Marry Points wharfs and Pearl Harbor's oil storage tanks, all built about 1924. This building was constructed as a barracks for the men working in this area. These structures were all associated with the national Oil Reserves scandal which involved the Navy, the Department of the Interior, and the Pan American Petroleum and Transport Company. This building is a contributing element to the Pearl Harbor National Historic Landmark.
