Summary
Significance: This type is significant to the Hospital Point neighborhood as the first quarters to have been built in association with the development of the naval hospital at Pearl Harbor. These two houses are also architecturally significant as additional examples of the Craftsman Style, modeled after the slightly earlier officers' quarters at Hale Alii.
