Summary
Significance: This house is significant as an example of the residences added by the Navy after World War II to the large shoreline lots at Pearl City Peninsula. This house, and the adjacent two similar houses (Facilities 730 & 731, see HABS No. HI-358-D), are the only known remaining examples of 1941 Defense Housing designs in Hawaii.
