Forms part of a group of images documenting the area of Madison and Getty avenues, and extending south along Getty to the Railway Avenue market area, and north toward St. Joseph's Medical Center.
The aspects of work are, respectively, a garage, an abandoned mill or factory building, a car wash, roofing, and a factory building that announces itself as a "Free Enterprise Zone", but which does not seem to be occupied. The latter is on the east side of Getty Avenue, just south of Madison Avenue.
