VFW National Committee testifies before Dies Committee. Washington, D.C., Dec. 8. Appearing before the House Committee Investigating Un-American Activities, Eugene I. Van Antwerp, National Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, today advocated enforced state and federal registration of all organizations which disseminate propaganda in the United States. He also proposed reduction of present immigration quotes by 90 per cent and elimination from relief rolls of Aliens who have not declared their intention of becoming citizens
