Summary
Interview with Victoria Tenbusch about her career as a home care worker. She talks about how, after working for many years in a cannery she sought less physically stressful work and, found it first at a nursing home and then as a care giver to at-home clients. Talks about stresses and satisfaction of her job, her daily schedule, working with moody patients, and her union activities--including lobbying state legislators for addition support for home care workers.
Videographer Sonia de la Cruz was also present during the interview and asked several questions.
