Significance: It was originally constructed in 1915 as a garage and automobile dealership for Adrian H. Boyce, a successful and active businessman in the early automotive industry in the Finger Lakes Region of western New York. It is believed that the Boyce Garage was designed by Martin Van Kirk, a builder, contractor and architect from the neighboring village of Waterloo.
