Significance: Also known as "Greystone" it was completed in 1905. As an American Arts and Crafts house many features were in direct opposition to everything else in the industrial Youngstown. The exterior of the house is clad with uncoursed random rubble style masonry. Much of the interior of the house was done according to Olive Arms wishes and preferences. All the fireplaces, curtain rods, door handles, and decorative patterns of wood, iron, and glass were tailored to her needs and aesthetic tastes of her idea about the Arts and Crafts...
