Wherever you go in strange lands you will see the Stars and Stripes unfurled to the breeze. This is the old capital of Albania. This flag is hung in front of the American Red Cross hospital which is treating hundreds of cases of injuries and sickness weekly. Soldiers and civilians salute the flag as they pass under it, as a token of their appreciation of what American people have done for them through the Red Cross
