Gillette (seated) to divorce the marketing of petroleum from the refining production and transportation, P.E. Hadlick, Secretary of the National Oil Marketers Association, whispers a bit of information into the Senator's ear. Hadlick was one of the first witnesses to testify in favor of the bill, 3/31/38
