Summary
British First Lord of Admiralty, Winston Churchill, is shown dressed in a top hat and a fur trimmed coat. Carrying a walking stick, he grins in the direction of the viewer where, according to the caption, a photographer stands. Churchill is accompanied by a man with a mustache, possibly an aide, dressed in tophat and coat, who also smiles in the direction of the viewer.
