原題:「龍丘璩崑玉朝聘甫纂集，同邑葉文懋汝功甫校閱，金閶錢國煥郁之甫梓行。」有沈際飛序云:「龍丘璩君，困於舉子業，竟以山林老，僻居浙隅，不識何以至是也!」按龍丘即龍游。是書四庫總目不載，余紹宋近修龍游縣志，不為崑玉立傳，藝文考亦不載其書，則其不為世人所知也久矣。卷內有:「佐名文庫」，「宮崎藏書」等印記。沈際飛(序)天啟元年(1621).
