清乾隆十八年刻本 四周單欄 白口 無魚尾 版匡高22.5寬15.0公分 (因正文為地圖, 以上奏葉一計).
十行二十二字. Ten lines, with twenty-two characters per line.
函脊及封面簽題"義倉圖", 又一名"畿輔義倉圖"。首葉額題"義倉奏議", 下署"太子少保都察院右都御史總督直隸兼理河務臣方觀承"。卷前有方觀承乾隆十八年奏表, 凡例, 義倉條規.
附：潘先生提要：函脊題「義倉圖」。無書名頁。以圖為主，無中縫。有乾隆18年二月十九日方觀承奏「為經理義倉告成繪刻全圖恭呈聖鑒」章、同日奏「為詳酌義倉規條恭請聖訓」章。奏章後有「義倉圖凡例」、「義倉規條」。後有乾隆18年三月初九日硃批. 本書各圖字畫如髮，而清晰可讀，蓋初印本也。第1冊圖包括大興縣等23幅，第2冊圖包括清苑縣等30幅，第3冊圖包括遵化州等25幅，第4冊圖包括遷安縣等17幅，第5冊圖包括河間縣等17幅，第6冊圖包括沙河縣等25幅. 「義倉規條」如下：擇地建倉、勸捐分別獎勵、典守擇人、出納積息、收掌盤查曬晾。並有「增附」2條：煮賑、散榖.
