Seven officers of the United States Navy and Marine Corps were presented with decorations for distinguished service in Nicaragua by Secretary of the Navy Charles Francis Adams today at the Navy Department. In this picture Secretary Adams is pinning the Distinguished Medal on Rear Admiral David Sellers, Judge Advocate General of the Navy, who was commander of the Special Service in Nicaragua from July 1927 to May 1929.
