Acting Secretary of the navy principal speaker at Arlington Armistice Day ceremonies. Washington, D.C., Nov. 11. Speaking within the shadow of the Unknown Soldier's Tomb at Arlington National Cemetery today, acting Secretary of the Navy Charles Edison urged the nation to keep faith her world war dead by keeping out of Europe's war.
