Probable new member Federal Communications Commission. Washington D.C. July 26. T.A.M. Craven, now Chief Engineer of the Federal Communications Commission. To succeed Chairman Anning S. Prall, who died a few days ago at his home in Maine. Craven, who was a naval officer during the World War, worked with President Roosevelt when he was Assistant Secretary of the Navy, and commander Craven handled the important naval radio buisness. 7/26/37
