Labor Chief in good humor. Washington, D.C. June 7. Rarely is John L. Lewis ever pictured smiling. But the cameraman caught the C.I.O. Chief in a jovial mood today as he appeared before the Senate and House Labor Committees and the result is this interesting picture.
