Last rites for Marchall of U.S. Supreme Court. Washington, D.C., April 28. Funeral services for the late Frank Key Green, Marshal of the United States Cupreme Court for the last 23 years, were conducted today at Holy Trinity Catholic Church here. Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes and Associate Justices of the Court attended the services. Green had been actively connected with the high tribunal sice 1891, when he was appointed a page at 14. Stalin, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; Prime Minister Winston Churchill of Britain; and W. Averrell Harriman, representing President Roosevelt. The three men met in the middle of August, 1942, at the request of the Soviet leader, and held a series of conversations concerned with the future conduct of the war. Also present was V.M. Towers, right, being administered the oath of office today by John B. May, Chief Clerk of the Navy Department. Steinmetz, who started in 1933 as Filing Department Chief with 135 assistants, is now the sole chief of the defunct National Recovery Administration. In comparison to 5400 employees on NRW payroll at one time, Miss Steinmetz has to get along with only seven assistants to help her care for half an acre of filing cabinets packed to the limit with 40,000,000 pieces of correspondence, reports, studies and other data.
