Gazley, New Chief of the Safety and Planning Division of the Bureau of Air Commerce, U.S. Department of Commerce. All problems relating to aircraft, airports, air transport, education, international relations, power plants, and radio development come under his direct supervision. One of the most important phases of his job is the developing and testing of all new safety devices for aircraft. Last Austrian Minister to lecture at Georgetown University. Washington, D.C., Sept. 20. Edgar L.G. Prochnik, whose long career as Minister of Austria to the United States came to an end when Hitler absorbed his country into the German Reich, will teach and lecture at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Commerce this term. "A man without a country" after 40 years in the diplomatic service, Prochnik has already terminated his service with the German Embassy here.
