Using the famous Washington gavel, which served at the laying of the cornerstone of the United States Capitol, the Right Reverend James E. Freeman, Bishop of Washington, dedicates a memorial stone contributed to Washington Cathedral by the Potomac Masonic Lodge of Georgetown, the oldest Masonic Lodge in the country.
