While the rest of the country were conducting appropriate ceremonies in commemoration of 150th anniversary of the Constitution a delegation led by Rep. Sol Bloom, Director of the U.S. Constitution Sesquicentennial Commission, journeyed to Mt. Vernon where they paid tribute to the father of our country.
