Pill-Box Fort built in four hours. Washington, D.C., Aug. 25. Something new in speedy-built forts was built on the grounds of the Bureau of Standards today in four hours. Karl P. Billner, Swedish Inventor, supervised the building of the pill box which was done by his new invention as the vacuum concrete invention. By means of a new invention known as the vacuum concrete process, a pill box fort was erected on the grounds of the National Bureau of Standards today in the record time of four hours.
