President is invited to establish summer White House at Mackinac Island, Michigan. The state of Michigan wants President Coolidge to come [...] Mackinac Island for his summer vacation this year. Armed with a book of photographs showing the beauties of the island, Mrs W.W. Whittinghill, who was born and raised on the island, and her father B.F. Emery extended the invitation to President Coolidge at White House today for Governor F.W. Green of Michigan. Mrs. A.T. Hert, Vice-Chairman of the Republican National Committee, has offered the use of her beautiful home on Mackinaw Island should the President decide to come to Michigan
