"Lap-sitting is out" Speaker Bankhead today as he greeted a troupe of circus midgets from his home state of Alabama [at the] Capitol. An enterprising photographer sought to repeat the J.P. Washington, D.C., April 7 -Last night was smelt night at the Capitol and hundreds of the Finny Tribe were served to members of Congress at a special dinner sponsored by Rep. Fred Bradley of Michigan who had the fish shipped down here from his home state. Here we see Michigan Senators Prentiss Brown, left, and Arthur M.
