Demonstrates non-sinkable ship to members of Congress. Adam T. Drekolias, of New York, demonstrating to members of the House Naval Affairs Committee, February 24th, his invention which he claims will keep any ship from sinking, no matter how badly damaged. The invention is a collapsible chamber designed to ? air in the hull of a disabled vessel, even if a ship were completely filled with water.
