Secretary of Agriculture is surprised with gifts from members of personal staff when he was Governor of Missouri. Led by members of his personal staff when he was Governor of Missouri and fellow Missourians, Secretary of Agriculture Arthur M.Hyde, was given a surprise party at his office in Washington today. They presented him with a complete traveling outfit and in short speeches each one paid a glowing tribute for Missouri's friendship for him. In the center of photograph, left to right: Dwight F.
