American Industry will be benefited if labor wage-and-hour bill is passed, says Mme. Perkins. Washington, D.C., June 4. American industry will be a principal beneficiary of federal legeslation to stabilize wages, hours and working conditions, Secretary of Labors Perkins told the Senate and House Labor Committees today before whom she appeared to endorse the Black-Connery Wage and Hour Bill.
