The evidence. Washington, D.C. June 11. A returned mail package was placed in evidence at the Senate Post Office Committee hearing today when First Assistant Postmaster General W.W. Howes appeared to defend the charges against the Post Office Department of refusal to deliver mail thru strike picket lines.
