This morning she appeared at the scene upon which a dedication was scheduled and began posting 'No Trespassing' signs upon the part of the land which she claims. She threatened to have any trespassers locked up. Part of the ceremonies was to be a tour of inspection of the building, and when the time came, no arrests were made, although Mrs. Wimsatt began writing names upon the back of a 'No Trespassing' sign and threatens action Monday morning against visitors to the building.
