The Southern Yacht Club was turned over to the Emergency Motor Corps of the New Orleans Chapter of the R.C. as a Convalescent Home. It is on Lake Ponchartrain a few miles from New Orleans and was opened Sunday the 20th. The Motor Corps transported 50 soldiers from Jackson Barracks here, and accomodations have been made to take care of that number of men during and after the epidemis
