His father, Joseph, works in the mill too. Home well kept. His brothers are 10 and 12 years old. Compare with Manuel. Why Long Overcoats are Popular. Hundreds of children were to be found in Roumania with no other garments than a military overcoat, and the longer it was the more popular it became, naturally. The children in this photograph turned out for a distribution of clothing held by the Junior Red Cross in Bucharest. A mild day was chosen because so many of the poor children had too few clothes to permit their going outdoors iin chilly weather
