Defense housing, Erie, Pennsylvania. Each defense trailer is located on a plot of ground 25 x 50 feet, assuring a fine degree of privacy and room for children to play. Standards set up by the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Division of Defense Housing for trailers provide a minimum overall length and width to assure the least possible crowding.
