Said to be the largest postcard ever sent through the mail, this 4x6 message urging passage of a bill to provide sick and annual leave for substitute employees of the Post Office Department, was received today by Senator Ernest Lundeen of Minnesota, from the Minneapolis Substitute Committee of the National Federation of Post Office Clerks. Pan American awarded New York-Bermuda airmail contract. Washington, D.C., Jan. 15. Submitting the only bid, Pan American Airways today was awarded the contract to carry air mail from New York to Hamilton, Bermuda.
