D.A.R. honors Mrs. Anthony Wayne Cook. Washington, D.C., April 17. A bronze tablet inscribed with the preamble to the Constitution was unveiled at the D.A.R. Constitution Hall in honor of Mrs. Anthony Wayne Cook, of Cooksburg, Pennsylvania Mrs. Cook was President General of the D.A.R. from 1925 to 1926 and is now honorary President General. D.A.R. honors Mrs. Anthony Wayne Cook. Washington, D.C., April 17. A bronze tablet inscribed with the preamble to the Constitution was unveiled at the D.A.R. Constitution Hall in honor of Mrs. Anthony Wayne Cook, of Cooksburg, Pennsylvania Mrs. Cook was President General of the D.A.R. from 1925 to 1926 and is now honorary President General. The Hall was built during her administration. Left to right at the unveiling are: Mrs. William A. Becker; President General who accepted the tablet; and Mrs. Harper D. Sheppard of Pennsylvania, who unveiled the memorial, 4171937
