Gardenor, Detroit Times Reporter, told the House Committee investigating Un-American affairs. Students at the Michigan State Agricultural College at East Lansing entered the picture Gardener said, when Union pickets attempted to close restaurants. Photographed while appearing before a senate committee on Maritime affairs, while Curran testified that, "compulsory" use of mediation should be delayed until labor in the industry is thoroughly organized.
