Slated for Dictatorship of Bureau of Air Commerce. Washington, D.C., Jan. 7. According to reports Fred D. Flagg, Jr., of Chicago, will be named to succeed Eugene Vidal as Director of the Bureau of Air Commerce, Department of Commerce. The talk is that the Bureau will be completely reorganized by Secretary Roper.
