THE WOMAN'S NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CLUB OF WASHINGTON TODAY HELD ITS ANNUAL SPRING FETE AND FASHION SHOW. HIGH SPOT OF THE AFFAIR WAS THE PRESENTATION OF PRIZES BY MRS. FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT, GUEST OF HONOR AT THE FUNCTION HELD IN THE SHOREHAM HOTEL HERE. PRIZES WERE GIVEN FOR THE MOST REPRESENTATIVE COSTUME IN THE PARADE OF STATES, AND A CUP WAS GIVEN TO COLORADO'S DELEGATION WHO REPRESENTED A GROUP OF 49'ERS WITH A COVERED WAGON AND OX TEAM.
