A group of employees at the Inglewood, California, plant of North American Aviation, discuss the evening inter-department softball game with Ken Kellough, recreation director. The recreation department sponsors softball, baseball, basketball, tennis, swimming, boxing, golf, track, bowling, ice hockey, a rifle club, horseback riding club, and a ski club. Trophies are given to winning teams in inter-department competiton. This plant produces the battle-tested B-25 ("Billy Mitchell) bomber, used in General Doolittle's raid on Tokyo, and the P-51 ("Mustang") fighter plane which was first brought into prominence by the British raid on Dieppe
