Discuss tax revision with president. Washington, D.C., Nov. 9. President Roosevelt today called a special meeting of the Government's tax experts at the White House. Leaving the meeting Rep. Robert L. Doughton, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, told reporters that tax revision and proposed farm levies were discussed with the President.
