Treadwell of Albany, N.Y., who has just received the decoration of the Order of the Crown of Roumania one of the most highly prized decorations in the gift of the Roumanian government. He was Director of Military Relief for the American Red Cross in its work in Roumania. A former Military Attache on the staff of Governor Theodore Roosevelt of New York, Mr. Treadwell has been the personal aide of Six Empire State governors.
