Camp Livingston worker's tent near Fort Beauregard, these are along the main highway on government property so they do not have to pay rent. Most of the people cook outdoors and haul water from a nearby church faucet. There are no sanitary facilities and most of them, who live in tents or shacks, have brought their own lumber for building, or made them out of old trucks. Alexandria, Louisiana
