Summary
Significance: Elaborately detailed with Classical motifs, this modest house was built in the later 1870's. Wood decorative elements include a double bracketed, eave return cornice, and applied, corner quoins. This distinctive quoining, the "false-front" side cornices, and the double window square bays distinguish other Carson City homes.
