He indicated the SEC would be concerned primarily with the investment and managerial phases of insurance company operation and said approximately $300,000 would be required to carry out the work in this calendar year, 1/24/38

William Russel Huber, Machinist Mate, First Class, United States Navy, receiving from President Coolidge today the Congressional Medal of Honor awarded to him for an act of outstanding heroism.
