The photo shows him in the heart of the Red Light District where he was delivering messages as he does several times a day. Said he knows the houses and some of the inmates. Has been doing this for one year, working until 9:30 P.M. on Saturdays. Not so late on other nights. Makes from six to ten dollars a week.  Location: Waco, Texas.

Social Security board goes into the census reports. Washington, D.C., Jan. 12-37. Anticipating heavy demand for proof of age in connection with Social Security benefits, the Census Bureau began today to film [?]26,000,000 names that have been recorded in the last two censuses. These two censuses will contain facts which will be of value in ascertaining the age of persons attempting to qualify for benefits of the Social Security Act. R.R.
