Objects to workers. Edna Morris, who lives within a few hundred feet of the government-owned "Tugwelltown" being constructed near Washington by Rehabilitation Administration, arms herself to protect her property against what she termed the "thieving" of the workers on the project. Many people living in Maryland adjacent to the project protest the importation of about 500 transients brought in daily from the District of Columbia to work on the project. 10/15/35
