25 cents, costs of producing gallon of whisky, Monopoly Committee told. Washington, D.C., March 16. The Monopoly Committee was told today by James E Friel, Vice President and Treasurer of Joseph E. Seagram and Sons, Inc., that the cost of producing [a] gallon of Kentucky Bourbon Whisky was between 25 and 30 cents.
