Summary
Significance: Youngstown, which had major commercial and industrial development during the last two decades of the nineteenth century and the first two decades on the twentieth century, is remarkable for the number of buildings with terra cotta facades. This building, with two of three stories of facade terra cotta surviving, is particularly distinguished in the terra cotta cornice and cartouches.
