Calaveras de caudillos de silla presidencial
Summary
Broadside shows three images of calaveras. In the center image, people flee a fearsome calavera wielding a leg bone. On the left, a calavera photographer shoots a camera. On the right, a calavera artist paints a picture, while a calavera bartender mixes a drink. The accompanying text, a satirical ballad, reveals the political situation of Mexico in the early twentieth century. It describes many electoral candidates (caudillos) who aspire to the presidency and how they should be disposed to go good for the country.
